What are Saskatoons?  Perhaps you know them as Serviceberries or Juneberries.  We like the Canadian name Saskatoon best.  Whatever you call them know they are delicious.  They are a wild blueberry that commonly grows above the Huckleberry bushes.  They have a wonderful blueberry, grapey, plum taste.  If you're looking to try something new give these berry a try.
