Lilacs are the scent of Spring.  They also make an amazing Jelly.  Our fence line is lined with beautiful fragrant Lilac bushes.  Their fragrance steeps into a delicate flavorful jelly.  Most people say,  'it tastes like honey' but suddenly their eyes widen, 'It tastes like it smells!'  'Its delicious!'
