Fireweed is the first flower to bloom after a wildfire thus its name.  Fireweed grows abundantly in Island Park, ID which is were we harvested the flowers for our Fireweed Jelly.  What does it taste like?  Well,  I can say is it makes a wonderful floral jelly that won't disappoint.
